Meet The Trainer
Welcome and congratulations on choosing yourself!
There is nothing more important to me than God, family, and self-care. And you being here means you’re prioritizing self care, and that deserves congratulations.
Let me tell you a little about myself.
I was a multi-sport athlete in school (football, wrestling, track, soccer). Unfortunately, sports on a professional level wasn’t written in the cards for me. After school, I served in the United States Army for five years as a 13B Cannon Crew-member, where I learned many life skills and lessons. Sadly, my military career came to a halt after a life-threatening accident that nearly left me paralyzed.
Learning how to walk again and being able to function pain free was one of the biggest challenges I’ve had to face. I spent over two years recovering, during which I gained over 75 lbs. When I developed declining health symptoms—including sleep apnea and high blood pressure—I knew I had to do something about my weight and health. So I set out some goals, and started my journey towards better health. I lost about 90 lbs.
Today, I’m using what I’ve learned on my journey to teach others how to do the same. I am a NASM CPT certified personal trainer and a bodybuilder. My goal is to help you to gain the confidence and mental fortitude to reach your desired goals. I can support you with losing fat and gaining muscle, getting ready for a major event, figuring out a nutrition plan that works for you, or just starting to move and feel confident. Whatever your “WHY” is, I am here to help you get there.
I am a proud US Army Veteran—my discipline and focus comes from my military background and experience working in private celebrity gyms focusing on transformations. I have the tools I need to make sure you’re successful on this journey that we will take TOGETHER. I will be your cheerleader. Just like any journey, there will be ups and downs, but I am here to ensure we cross that finish line together and get the RESULTS that we are working for!

Most beginers should start here to build a solid foundation around fitness. High protein and Low carb approach.

More intermediate programming. High protein and high carbohydrate loading for intense energy during workout.

This style is for more advanced trainees. Utilizes techniques from the fat loss and muscle building program to build muscle and keep the fat down. High protein and moderate carbohydrates.

Whether you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or a late-night snack, or what to choose at at a social event, LMT has you covered. Aside from actually working out the journey starts with a solid nutrition plan and lots of hydration.
